TRAIN YOUR BRAIN
As a stuntwoman, part of my job is the ability to mentally focus and perform in a stressful situation.
After being in this position for over 15 years, as well as dealing with my own personal ups and downs, I've
discovered various resources that help me maintain my mental well being.
From visualization and meditation to affirming exercises, goal-setting and yoga practice,
I've uncovered a variety of means to help center myself in times of stress.
Even in better times I've found it helpful to incorporate these positive and empowering tools in my life in order to maintain my sense of self.
